A beautiful face and a WOW-ing figure are just not enough to make heads turn. One’s outfit choices and hair styles mean the worlds of a difference. Take the case of Sienna Miller in the Golden Globes 2013. Even at the red carpet, even when she was wearing a custom-made dress from Erdem, and even when she has one of the most enviable figures and looks in Tinsel Town, Sienna looked anything but pretty, for lack of a better way to put it.
We really dislike the boxy cut of her cropped blouse. Its length is unflattering, and finishes off in a weird way, without doing any justice to her slim waist and curvaceous body.
Her long skirt has a nice, sleek shape, but the bland and plain colors, and the baby-like flowers appliquéd on the stiff blouse do a great job of making an otherwise beautiful woman look like plain Jane.
And as if the outfit wasn’t enough, Sienna went and got a hairstyle slicked back in such a tight and boring way that it literally squeezed out the femininity from Miller’s entire look. Even her attempts to funk up her look with earrings in just one ear couldn’t do much good.
Sorry Sienna, sugary and pink is not always cute.
